Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of the "Botinder Agent" software between Oliver Kloecker (hereinafter the "Provider") and the customer.

§ 2 Subject matter & license

The customer acquires a simple, non-transferable, perpetual right of use in the software for personal use (one-time purchase). Use requires a personal license key and its online activation. Transfer, reproduction or circumvention of the license protection is prohibited.

§ 3 Prices & payment

The prices stated at the time of the order, including statutory VAT, apply. Payment is made via PayPal.

§ 4 Provision

After receipt of payment, the customer receives access to the download and their license key in the customer account as well as by email.

§ 5 Liability & use

The software automates processes on third-party platforms. The customer is responsible for complying with the respective terms of use of these platforms. The Provider is not liable for blocks or damages arising from use, to the extent permitted by law.

§ 6 Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal notice applies.

§ 7 Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
